Availability & Working Hours
Availability windows: Sun 22:00 – 04:00, Fri 22:00 – 07:00, Sat 22:00 – 07:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times with a 3‑week notice of exact shift dates. Flexibility is supported if your available times largely match the advertised windows.
Pay & Hours
Starting rate £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers each day, providing excellent service with a friendly smile and pride.
- Deliver goods from picking and replenishment areas and handle deliveries as required.
- Maintain product quality, ensuring items reach customers in the best condition.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and to deliver great customer experience.
- Make customer‑centric decisions, ensuring routines meet customer needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, collaborate with the team to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and increase profit.

Applicants must be over 18. The role may involve early or late shifts (before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm) or work in specific areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine and spirits, counters, bakery, and driving roles.
