Night Porter

About the Role

As a Night Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. If you’re friendly, approachable, and have excellent customer service skills, this could be the perfect fit for you. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while staying organised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking guests in and out
• Assisting with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone
• Serving guests professionally
• Keeping the restaurant, lounge, and facilities clean and tidy
• Preparing the restaurant for breakfast service
• Setting up the buffet table
• Patrolling the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment for everyone
