About The Role
Reporting to B&F Operations Manager at W Edinburgh, expected to set‑up and clear event spaces, preparing items and ensure smooth running of events. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, a people‑person and passionate!
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us!
- Welcome guests warmly and personally
- Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return
- Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan
- Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
- Work as part of a team
- Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience

About The Property
W Edinburgh will bring bold architecture and a vibrant lifestyle offering to the Scottish capital.
