Location: Surrey – Must have access to a car

Monday to Friday onsite

7:30am–4pm

We’re working with a production company to find a Studio Helpdesk / Receptionist to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, production crew, internal teams and vendors — making sure everyone has a smooth, professional experience on site.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing front of house and handling enquiries (in person, phone and email)
  • Issuing and tracking ID cards and vehicle passes
  • Managing access control systems and working closely with Security
  • Logging maintenance and operational requests via the helpdesk system
  • Receiving deliveries and overseeing post room activity
  • Supporting VIP visits and busy production periods
  • Keeping the reception area organised and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Front of House or customer service experience (studio or media experience a bonus)
  • Confident using systems and managing access protocolsHighly organised with strong admin skills
  • Proactive, professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
