Burlington Hotel in Arrochar is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organisational skills, and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Your responsibilities will include maximising room revenues, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring total guest satisfaction. Knowledge of PMS systems like Guestline or Rezlynx is a plus but full training will be provided.

This role is integral to maintaining the hotel’s standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
