Sewing Machinist

Role

Talent-UK is recruiting a sewing machinist for a client in Heckmondwike on a temp-to-permanent basis. The role will involve working with a variety of fabrics, including polyesters, cottons and linens.

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Operate overlocker and blind‑stitch machines.
• Produce curtains, blinds, cushions and other textile products.

Requirements

• Experience sewing on overlocker and blind‑stitch machines.
• Preference for candidates who are multi‑skilled on a range of machines.
