Sewing Machinist

Job Overview

Staffline is recruiting for a Sewing Machinist to work for our client at their pristine automotive manufacturing plant in Westhampnett, West Sussex. The rate of pay is £16.40 – £18.46 per hour. A 10% shift premium is available. You will be required to complete a practical test prior to starting this role.

Working Hours

Weekly rotating shifts include:

• 6am to 2:30pm
• 3:20pm to 11:50pm

Responsibilities

• Use various industrial sewing machines and techniques, adhering to a defined process and specified timeframe.
• Check and deliver correct quality in line with organisational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with sewing machines is required.
• Confidence in using sewing machines, even if not professionally, will be considered.
