About the Role
Based in the Buxton & Glossop area covering about 8 sites, you will be working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Variable working hours between 7.00am and 19.00pm (e.g., 7.30am‑9.00am & 15.30pm‑17.00pm). You must drive and have your own vehicle – without this your application will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Enhanced DBS check is required – if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
- Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
- A team player providing excellent service across the Verts Group
- The ability to make the best decisions with Verts in mind
- The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
