As an Assistant Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in preparing and delivering delicious food items that delight our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of various menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure back of house is kept tidy and clean at all times.
• On busier days, aid with taking dishes to tables, engaging courteously with customers.
