Pay

The rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week. Fewer hours (minimum 12) are also available.

We schedule contracted hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice.

Eligibility

Must be over 18.

Part-time positions (pre-6:15am or post-9:45pm, warehouse, etc.) require candidates above 18.

Responsibilities

  • Know customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
  • Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  • Apply training received, working safely and effectively.
  • Make decisions right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance, playing your part to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
  • Live our values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow policies.
  • At times, accept deliveries into the store.
