Driving Labourer (Own Transport Required)

Rate: £16.80 PAYE

Hours: Temporary – Monday–Friday

Driving Labourer Required – Window & Door Installation Team

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driving Labourer with their own transport to assist our experienced window and door fitters working within occupied social housing properties.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a busy and growing team carrying out replacement window and door installations across residential housing stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting window and door fitters on-site.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Helping with the removal and disposal of old windows and doors.
• Supporting fitters with general labouring duties throughout installations.
• Travelling between multiple properties during the working day.

Requirements

• Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence.
• Previous labouring or social housing experience preferred.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Professional and courteous manner when working in occupied homes.
• CSCS card essential.
• Complete 4 E‑learning courses: Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness and COSHH.
