Join our Team as a Receptionist at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)
Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shift work with a mixture of earlies and lates (0600-1400 and 1400-2230) on a 3 week rolling schedule, this includes working two weekends and one weekend off

You will deliver a professional front-of-house service within leisure facilities at Aldershot Garrison, supporting the Customer Service Team and ensuring an excellent experience for all users.

Your Role
- You will be delivering a high level of customer service, managing enquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- You will be administering bookings using both computerised and manual systems.
- You will be operating the cash register, handling payments, recording takings and balancing tills.
- You will be issuing and managing hire equipment, literature and public information displays.
- You will be maintaining reception operations including telephone, public address and facility systems while keeping the area tidy and presentable.
- You will be complying with security, safety procedures, and supporting training of team members when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: You will have GCSEs in Maths and English, demonstrating a solid educational foundation to support administrative and customer service responsibilities.
- Experience: You will have proven experience delivering excellent customer service with strong communication skills, alongside the ability to manage tasks in an organised and methodical manner while working independently.
- Skills: You will have a professional telephone manner and be confident using Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy and deliver high standards in a busy front-of-house environment.
