Job Description:
Support with accessing the community and increasing independence. Eg eating out, taking to and taking part in fun activities/sports of the young person’s choice, going to the cinema.
Skills and Experience
- Able to act in an understanding, patient, trustworthy, calm and non‑judgemental manner
- Have a confident, fun, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Experience of working with young people with learning disabilities/neurodivergence
- Able to support young person with maintaining expectations and communication boundaries
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to use them when required
Hours
Up to 6 hours a week
Hourly Rate
Employed £12.60 ph; self‑employed by arrangement

- Able to provide references

Desirable Requirements
- Clean UK driving license and own car/use of car
