Glass Collector and Bar Back Part Time

The successful applicants will have at least 6 months experience in a similar busy city centre bar where service and quality is paramount.

Essential Criteria

• 6 months experience in a similar busy city centre bar
• Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Proven track record of Customer Care

Desirable Criteria

• NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar)
• 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
• Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
• First Aid Certificate (must be current)
