What you’ll be doing:

• Provide food and beverage service across restaurant, bar and conference areas
• Support stock checks and operational procedures
• Assist in training new team members
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout
• Operate till systems and support daily service requirements
• Ensure service areas are organised, clean and guest-ready
• Support functions and events as required

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality or customer‑facing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A team‑focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
