Experienced and Motivated Bartenders required for innovative Private Members Club, Boutique Hotel and Hospitality Destination.

The Belle Collective are interested in speaking with experienced, dynamic and creative Bartenders to join the team at Bromley’s oldest Hospitality destination “The Royal Bell.”

Originally built in 1666 and redesigned in 1898, The Royal Bell is a Grade 2 listed building re‑imagined as a five‑storey, design‑lead leisure destination offering elevated service and culinary excellence across multiple pieces including:

  • private members club
  • bar and grill
  • pizza joint and café run in partnership with chef Aldo Zilli
  • Royal Hall grand ballroom
  • expansive garden and members terrace
  • event spaces and 14 hotel rooms.

Our Bartenders play a hands‑on role in the daily operation of The Royal Bell’s beverage spaces. As the face of the brand you are responsible for high standards and creativity behind the bar, delivery of excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and lovely workspace. You will have cocktail knowledge and extensive drinks knowledge, from spirits and wine to garnishing and glassware and be adaptable to both focused and high volume service. You will be present and proactive, setting the tone on shift, creating a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring service runs efficiently, and helping other team members deliver a consistent and positive experience across all areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drinks preparation and service.
  • Planning and delivering service that meets commercial, operational, and guest expectations.
  • Upselling to support spend per head targets.
  • Support with stock management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver consistent performance and high guest satisfaction.
