Job Description

We’re seeking a warm, professional, and detail‑oriented Spa Attendant to ensure every visitor enjoys a truly restorative and memorable experience. This is a Full‑Time role, 40 hrs per week, with Shift Pattern covering Tuesday to Sunday Shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and orient guests to our changing facilities, thermal suite, and relaxation areas.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa.
• Replenish amenities and ensure spa areas remain well‑stocked and inviting.
• Assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency throughout their visit.
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring impeccable hygiene standards.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, services, and retail products.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with care and courtesy.
