2 or 3 day a week Housekeeper Abingdon Oxfordshire

Responsibilities

This role involves housekeeping to a high standard, deep cleaning, changing beds, care of fine fabrics and antiques, laundry, and ironing.

Employment Details

• Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
• Pay: £18-£20 gross per hour
• Hours: 2-3 days per week, ideal 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)
• Start: Mid June/July
• Position: Permanent
• Driver Required: Yes
• Pets in the home: No

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2+ years working in a similar role.
• Childcare qualifications not essential.

Additional Requirements

1. For roles with children and the vulnerable: up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate, and minimum of 2 professional referees.
2. One reference must be your current or last employer; both references must be immediately contactable.
3. Appropriate professional insurance (recommended).
