We are seeking talentedconsultingprofessionalsto join ourgrowingdefence and aerospaceteam within Cap Gemini Invent.As a key member of our team you will work withcolleaguesand partners to build and deliver solutions for our clients that enable them toincrease their defence outputs, drive efficiency andutilisethelatestenabling digitaltechnologies.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both client and personal growth by engaging in activitiesincluding:

  • Developing new client solutionsbyworking across Cap Gemini to bring together a unique combination of tech enabled, people centred andoutput centric solutions.

  • Building a unique outcome based commercial approach that enablesCap Gemini to deliver major programmeslinkedto the business outcomes achieved.

  • Working withcolleaguesacross Cap Gemini togenerate new businessin a partner centric way. Including buildingconsortiums andpartnering with other complimentary organisations to bid for majorglobal defence programmes.

  • Operatingas a delivery leadon major defence programmes, including building business cases, designing transformation programmesand rolling upyoursleeves to see changes through tofront-lineimplementation.

  • Developingboth yourself, your team and yourclientsto continually improve and push the boundaries ofwhat is possible.Humility is a key valuewithinCap Gemini, we see this as a fantastic foundation for self-learning and development.

YOUR PROFILE

Weare seeking consultants with the followingexperiences:

  • Proven background in a management consulting environment where you have delivered complex transformation programmes for clients.

  • Experience managing client relationships, fostering trust and building credibility across your domain of expertise.

  • Knowledge of defence programmes and experience solving complex problems across the enterprise, covering both the public and private sector players.

  • Passion for solving your clients most pressing challenges, achieving tangible outcomes through a mix of technical expertise and strong people skills.

  • Knowledge of constructing innovation commercial models where incentives align clients and their advisors to jointly deliver meaningful defence outcomes.

  • Importantly an ability to lead our people, demonstrating both the integrity and humility needed to engage a diverse group of talent, bringing out the best performance for our clients.
