Support Worker – Part Time & Full Time Contracts Available

North Lisburn£13.68 per hour

Hours: 24-hour & 36-hour contracts available (7-day rota – candidates must be fully flexible, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Support Workers (Day Positions) for a supported living service in the North Lisburn area.

This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
  • Support individuals to access activities and engage within the community
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
  • Work as part of a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a caring role (paid or personal)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism
  • Understanding of behaviours that challenge
  • Flexible approach to working hours
