Support Worker – Part Time & Full Time Contracts Available
North Lisburn£13.68 per hour
Hours: 24-hour & 36-hour contracts available (7-day rota – candidates must be fully flexible, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Support Workers (Day Positions) for a supported living service in the North Lisburn area.
This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
- Support individuals to access activities and engage within the community
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
- Work as part of a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a caring role (paid or personal)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism
- Understanding of behaviours that challenge
- Flexible approach to working hours
