Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to concept, design, and deliver creative assets across digital and print

channels

Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns from concept through to execution

Take ownership of projects, managing timelines and collaborating confidently across multiple departments

Help maintain the new company website, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-quality user experience

Design engaging visual content including social assets, presentations, banners, marketing collateral, and event

materials

Support brand and event initiatives with creative assets for presentations, activations, and on-site experiences

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of design quality

Work closely with Motion Graphics and other creative teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all

touchpoints

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and deadlines effectively

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Working knowledge of Figma, particularly for maintaining and updating website assets

Strong presentation design skills with a good understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling

Solid understanding of digital-first design, including web, social, and responsive formats

Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for typography, composition, and branding

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
