NEW – Remote Employment Solicitor This is a tremendous opportunity for a qualified Employment Solicitor to join a leading boutique firm and work from anywhere in the UK. The Role Primarily advising HNW white collar individuals. You should have experience of contentious and non-contentious matters including Claims under the Employment Rights Act and Equality Act, Settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal matters, among others Drafting documents, including grievances, settlement agreements and pleadings Represent clients in negotiations and Employment Tribunal proceedings Contribute to business development e.g. writing website articles Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5 years’ PQE in employment law (more senior candidates, including Partner level, welcome) Strong technical knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures Excellent communication and client management skills Comfortable managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision Professional, commercially aware and client-focused Advocacy experience is advantageous On offer Competitive salary and bonus structure 25 days’ holiday Remote working with flexible hours Supportive, collaborative and values-driven culture Ongoing training and professional development Regular social events Dedicated client services team handling enquiries and onboarding on your behalf Interested?
