Site Manager

We are seeking skilled andmotivated Site Managersto join our new company in Guernsey,Channel Islands. If you have a proven track record in managing constructionprojects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget, andif you want to have a real impact, we want to hear from you!

Your main duties:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations ofconstruction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, andto a high standard of quality.
• Oversee and manage site teams, sub-contractors, andsuppliers, maintaining excellent working relationships.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues, andreport to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safetyregulations, site procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment toensure timely availability for site activities.
• Manage the budget for site operations, minimizingcosts while maintaining quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and otherstakeholders, providing updates on project status.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or delays,proposing and implementing corrective actions.
