GenAI Full Stack Engineer – Consultant / Senior Consultant – Digital Excellence

Your Role

Join our team as a key player in building cutting‑edge GenAI full‑stack applications. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the team to develop GenAI proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) for clients using technologies like Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.
• Scale existing POCs to production‑ready solutions for customer use.
• Design and develop full‑stack applications for both GenAI and non‑GenAI projects.
• Support the development of infrastructure to enable robust end‑to‑end solutions.
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including GenAI.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development within the team.

• Business Development: Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches; develop innovative propositions and participate in client‑hosting events.

Your Profile

Eligibility

• Hold an active Security Check (SC) Clearance or be eligible for such level of clearance.

Technical Expertise

• Backend Development: Experience building microservices with Python‑FastAPI or TypeScript‑Express (or equivalent).
• Frontend Development: Experience building React applications with TypeScript (Next.js or Vite).
• GenAI Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI.
• LLM Experience: Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or Ollama.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS or Azure.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Compose.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
• Monitoring Tools: Langsmith, Langfuse or similar.
• CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins.

Database Management

• Vector Databases: ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, MongoDB, Qdrant, etc.
• NoSQL: MongoDB preferred.
• SQL: PostgreSQL.

Version Control

• Proficient in Git; experience with GitHub, GitLab.

Work Methodology

• Experience working in an agile team environment.

Communication Skills

• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adapting approach based on audience and context.
