Junior Maintenance Engineer – 4 on/4 off, 24/7 Production

Luton Bennett in Castleford is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join their manufacturing team. This role offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, along with overtime, 15.5 days of holiday increasing up to 17.5, pension, PPE/workwear, and ongoing training.

You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on various production equipment, including bitumen blending tanks and thermal oil systems, in a stable company that values job security.
