Trainee Field Service Engineer – Water Instrumentation

Staffordshire Patch (covering Uttoxeter/Stafford/Lichfield).

Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 (after 6‑month training period) – Monday to Friday (38.5 hours), with training & progression, overtime, company vehicle (EV), private medical, and early finish Fridays at 12:45 pm.

This growing company specialises in the treatment and maintenance of water instrumentation. We are looking for a driven, hands‑on Field Service Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to conduct planned preventative maintenance and servicing of water instrumentation.
• Maintain clean and wastewater instrumentation.
• Perform customer liaison and manage stock.
• Work a home/field‑based role covering the local patch.
• Operate Monday to Thursday 8 am–5 pm, with Fridays finished at 12:45 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in electrical maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based in Staffordshire.
• Full right to work in the UK.
