• Salary – £48,000 – £50,000 + Package
• Location – commutable from Southampton
• Hours – Monday‑Friday (Days only)

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of multi‑skilled maintenance engineers
• Coaching, training and developing the team
• General leadership duties
• Monitoring KPIs
• Maintenance and repairs of production machinery when required
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance
