Role Overview

We are working with a growing and expanding independent Plumbing & Heating Distributor based in the Colchester area.

The role is an Internal Sales Executive. If you have experience in sales, account management, or customer service from a different industry, this will be of interest.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Salary

GBP 26,000-30,000 per annum + career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone and by email.
• Ask questions, gather information on projects, and take quotation enquiries.
• Develop rapport with customers and upsell where possible.
• Think on your feet and demonstrate sound knowledge when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working in a sales or customer service role.
• Full training and development will be provided.
