Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Make a Real Impact
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen children’s residential homes across the North (Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Regions).
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Registered Managers to drive quality, improve performance, and ensure outstanding care for young people.
The Role
- Support and develop Registered Managers and teams
- Provide leadership to services needing improvement or stability
- Drive Ofsted readiness, compliance, and safeguarding
- Deliver coaching, audits, and service improvement plans
About You
- Strong experience in children’s residential care
- Confident leader with knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
- Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
