Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the engineering sector.
