Estée Lauder Companies Stores, the outlet retailing operation of Estée Lauder Companies, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales advisors and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales advisors, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve sales and customer service targets, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Flexible availability across days/hours. Discuss availability with the hiring manager before/during the interview.
