Junior Project Manager (Technology & Delivery)
Location: Sheffield (hybrid, 1-2 days a week). Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience plus benefits

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of projects across technology and operational teams
- Maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, risk logs, and status updates
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays where needed
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance activities
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions through to completion
- Assist with reporting updates for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Work alongside technical teams to track progress against priorities and delivery cycles
- Support testing, releases, and implementation activities
- Help document processes, workflows, and system updates
- Assist with issue tracking and ensure actions are followed through to resolution
Junior Project Manager Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative capability
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Experience using project or collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a project coordination, PMO, or junior project role
- Exposure to technology, digital, or systems-based projects
- Awareness of Agile or other delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting workshops, testing, or change initiatives
- Familiarity with reporting processes, dashboards, or project governance
