Salary – £24,686 per annum (to be pro rata for 5 weeks). Hours – 37 hours per week. Contract – Fixed Term – 5 weeks. Location – Peterborough & Stamford. Closing Date – 30 June 2026. Interviews – Ongoing.

About the Role

Looking for a fast-paced summer role where you can make a real difference? We are recruiting a number of Enrolment Administrators to support our busy enrolment period across both Peterborough and Stamford campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for organised and customer-focused individuals to join the Student Records team during one of the College’s busiest and most exciting times of the year, helping students begin their learning journey. The first week of employment will include mandatory training based at the Peterborough campus. Due to the short-term nature of the contract and the busy enrolment period, successful applicants will be expected to be available for the full duration of the assignment and should not have pre-booked annual leave during this time.

Responsibilities

  • Processing student enrolments, transfers, withdrawals and amendments accurately
  • Checking and recording student documentation, including ID and qualification evidence
  • Inputting and validating student data using College systems
  • Contacting applicants and learners by phone and email to support the enrolment process
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to enrolment queries
  • Scanning and securely managing enrolment documentation
  • Supporting front-facing enrolment activity during busy periods
  • Ensuring all work complies with funding guidance, data protection and College procedures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet tight enrolment deadlines

About You

  • Have strong administration and data entry skills
  • Can work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Are confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Have a professional, approachable and customer-focused manner
  • Are organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
