The Growth Operations Manager Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and growth initiatives across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help streamline internal processes, manage reporting and performance tracking, and support the delivery of commercial objectives.
This role would suit someone highly organised, commercially aware, and confident working across multiple business functions. You’ll be involved in analysing performance data, improving workflows, supporting project delivery, and helping drive operational improvements across the organisation.
Growth Operations Manager Essential Skills
- Previous experience within an Operations, Growth, Commercial, or Business Support role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience working with reporting, performance tracking, or operational data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with a proactive mindset
