The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site management and delivery of works safely, on time and to a high standard.
Role will include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour and suppliers
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
- Quality checks, RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Client liaison and progress reporting
- Managing health & safety standards on site
- Driving productivity and maintaining site standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Civils Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of groundworks/civils/infrastructure works
- SMSTS preferred
- CSCS required
- First Aid advantageous
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage teams and keep works moving
