Responsibilities

• Work closely with operations to ensure that all product is produced as per customer specifications.
• Perform daily production quality checks such as product quality, product weight checks, and paperwork checks.
• Make decisions on food quality and monitor production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a food manufacturing QC/QA with good knowledge of HACCP.
• Confidence to make decisions on product quality.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Ability to manage and work effectively within a busy team.
