Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the acquisition and development of new business opportunities across a dynamic and competitive market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business growth across your assigned territory through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Identifying, engaging and securing medium to large B2B customers
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Working closely with marketing and wider commercial teams to maximise lead generation
- Accurately managing your pipeline, forecasts and CRM activity
- Preparing high-quality proposals, tenders and commercial submissions
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally targeting medium to high-value customers
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
- Highly self-motivated, organised and results-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
