Call Centre Bookings Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and organised Call Centre Bookings Advisor to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries across all of our brands, scheduling bookings, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous experience in a call centre environment
• Ideally have worked in a prestige environment
• Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Be organised and have good attention to detail
