As part of our long-term international growth strategy, we are currently exploring the addition of a senior Partner based in London.
We are particularly interested in speaking with highly credible executive search professionals with an established track record advising clients and delivering senior-level mandates across the UK market.
This opportunity is intended for experienced executive search professionals interested in contributing to the development of a focused, international and partner-led advisory platform operating across complex and high-value sectors.

- Significant experience within executive search and leadership advisory environments
- Strong track record delivering Board, C-level and senior leadership mandates
- Deep understanding of the London and broader UK executive market
- Established relationships across one or more of our core sectors
- Strong commercial credibility with senior stakeholders, founders, investors and leadership teams
- International mindset and experience operating within complex and transformation-driven environments
- High professional standards, strong judgement and long-term relationship orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with an interest in building and developing long-term market presence
Experience gained within leading international search firms or highly respected specialist boutiques would be particularly valued.
