Executive Delivery Architect

Overview

About The RoleA leading London architectural practice is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists and Executive Delivery Architects to join their team. You will contribute to the design management and construction documentation of high-rise and large-scale office and residential projects, working collaboratively with design teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.
• Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.
• Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.
• Coordinate with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.
• Client liaison and managing other design team members (for Executive Delivery Architects).
• Work within Uniclass standards and advanced Revit workflows, including BIM from conceptual massing to construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements

• Architectural Technologists: minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; Executive Delivery Architects: extensive experience leading project delivery.
• Proficiency in mid-to high-rise office and residential buildings.
• Strong experience with Revit, including construction documentation.
• Advanced BIM knowledge across project stages.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical abilities.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude, capable of taking responsibility and mentoring others.
