We are seeking an outstanding Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across administration, operational support services, and catering within Ark Elvin Academy. In this pivotal role you will lead and develop operational teams, foster a positive high‑performing culture, and ensure resources, systems and services are delivered efficiently to support excellent educational outcomes.

You will work closely with colleagues across the Ark network, including Ark Central and partner academies, contributing to the development of high‑quality systems and sharing best practice.
