SENCO – Primary School: Drive SEND & Inclusive Learning

Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a SENCO at a primary school in Reading, offering a full-time, permanent position. The role involves leading the school’s SEND provision and working closely with staff and external agencies to support pupils with additional needs.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a SEND leadership role are required. The salary is on the MPS/UPS scale (£31,650 – £49,084) plus SEN allowance, with ongoing professional development opportunities available.
