Pharmacy Assistant (Bank)

The Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle (Circle Health Group). This is a bank role with shifts as required, covering busy periods and staff absences. Salary up to £13.52 per hour, depending on experience, training and qualification.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

• Good general education including literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience in a customer service, healthcare, or stock-handling role.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under supervision.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Support the delivery of an excellent clinical, operational and governance based medicine management service.
• Top up and distribute medicines to all areas of the hospital.
• Stock management of medicines within the hospital.
• Provide a dispensing service for medicines that may be required.
• Procure & receipt medicines for the hospital.
