Role Mission
Arm is helping shape the future of AI and compute, from cloud and edge infrastructure to embedded systems, connected devices, and Arm-based silicon. Arm Workforce Development builds technical capability across markets, partners, and institutions working with Arm-based technologies. We are looking for a Senior AI & Compute Systems Engineer, Workforce Development to deliver and improve technical content, labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads, compute systems, and Arm-based platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments is required. You will be expected to contribute confidently from the outset.
What you’ll do
- Deliver technical content, applied labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads, model deployment, benchmarking, profiling, tooling, performance concepts, compute systems, and Arm-based platforms.
- Prepare, test, and adapt labs, setup guides, demos, software environments, and practical exercises before delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues across tools, platforms, software environments, lab setup, AI frameworks, and participant setup.
- Work with technical specialists, product colleagues, partners, and institutions to clarify setup requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Improve labs, technical assets, setup guidance, and readiness checks based on delivery feedback.
- Maintain technical quality across delivered content, labs, demos, and practical activities.
What you’ll bring
- Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments.
- Technical grounding in AI/ML, compute systems, performance analysis, platform software, Arm-based development environments, software enablement, systems engineering, or related domains.
- Experience delivering or supporting technical content, applied labs, demos, engineering projects, developer enablement, or partner-facing technical activity.
- Practical understanding of AI and systems workflows, such as model deployment, benchmarking, profiling, debugging, lab environments, cloud or edge setup, or performance analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot practical technical issues in applied, lab-based, or partner-facing settings.Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied technical audiences.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and strong delivery discipline.
- Degree in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
Desirable experience
- Experience with AI workloads, edge AI, cloud AI infrastructure, model optimization, benchmarking, workload characterization, profiling, or performance analysis.
- Experience with Arm-based platforms, Cortex processors, Neoverse, Arm development tools, Linux, Python, containers, cloud environments, or AI frameworks.
- Experience improving labs, demos, setup guides, technical assets, readiness checks, or partner-facing technical resources.
- Experience supporting technical activity across partners, institutions, regions, or applied delivery settings.
Location and travel
This is a global role with international travel based on partner engagement, technical activity, and program needs.
