  • Extensive experience working directly with children and young people, ideally within a residential care setting.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with a proven ability to connect with and support children who have a wide range of complex needs and diverse life experiences.
  • An outcome‑focused approach, effectively utilising your relationships with young people to inspire positive change, build trust, and help them achieve long‑term success.
