Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Repair and maintain mains water systems
• Fault find and identify equipment issues
• Inspect systems and conduct water sampling
• Complete risk assessments and compliance checks
• Support general maintenance tasks as required

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating
• Experience in plumbing maintenance within a commercial setting
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and fault finding
• A full UK driving licence
