Key Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across various vehicle types: passenger cars, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including:
- Commercial Tires
- HVAC systems
- Brakes
- Steering & Suspension
- PM Inspections
- Drivetrain
- Electrical Systems
- Conduct fleet inspections and routine maintenance.
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Respond to roadside service calls using a service truck (F-350), when needed.
- Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Assist with inventory loading, unloading, and physical counts.
- Participate in ongoing training, follow safety protocols, and uphold company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of .
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Possible overtime may be required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires (not required).
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing between 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical aids.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and working in awkward postures or under vibration.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime maybe required.
