Overview

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong plastering skills to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Borehamwood.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
• Complete plastering repairs to a high standard.
• Undertake a range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Accurately record completed works and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Strong plastering experience is essential.
• Additional trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating or flooring are advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
