Day to Day for a Carpenter
- Carry out general maintenance in domestic properties
- Work with carpentry, doors, windows and UPVC applications
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting and greeting tenants
- Use a PDA for record‑keeping and communication

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled operative, multi‑trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plumber multi‑trader, plasterer, plasterer multi‑trader, or handyman. Prior work in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) is desirable.
