The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 08:00 – 17:00 Monday–Thursday; 08:00 – 16:00 Friday–Sunday. There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis (with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).

The base salary is between £30 866 – £36 135 dependant on experience.

What You Will Do

  • Routine and non‑routine maintenance.
  • Mains water supply repairs.
  • Fault finding and identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
  • Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

What You Will Bring

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
  • Experience in operating light plant.
  • Legionella awareness and compliance is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in a commercial environment.
